  I don't think I was ever treated so unprofessional in my life. A year ago I went to Harris Pulmonary and Sleep center for my COPD. After my exam I was put on oxygen. I was given samples of my medications and told to call if I needed additional meds and that they could be mailed to me in Florida. After abut six months I called and was told they could not mail them but I could have someone come by and pic them up. I didn't have anyone to pic them up so I waited till I got here this summer. When I call I was told I could only get them when I came in for an appointment. I was supposed to have been scheduled for September so I called and tried to get an earlier appointment. I was told I could get an appointment in October. I informed the associate that I left for Florida in October. She then said I could go to their Franklin office in August. I told her that was to far to drive. She informed me they had a lot of "sick" people and that was all she could do. I informed her that this was not acceptable and I wish I could inform the doctor of the way I was treated. She did not reply. Dr. Connaughton was who I saw last year. I gave them one star only because the form won't let me post with zero stars .
